Sources and how we review content

The independent Qatar Driving Test project prepares this website and app. We are not part of the Ministry of Interior, the General Directorate of Traffic or a driving school. We write questions for study; we do not claim access to government test questions.

Sources you can read

What we check

We compare legal claims with the collected source text and keep the article reference with the explanation. We leave out rules when the source is missing or inconsistent. A published date means the content was reviewed against those collected sources; it is not a promise that the law or school arrangements have remained unchanged.

Software assists drafting, translation and checks. Automated checks cover missing text, answer indexes, duplicated options, language consistency and screen layout. These checks cannot prove that a legal interpretation or translation is correct. Native-speaker and learner feedback remain part of review.

Signs, practice and test formats

The sign library uses the app's study drawings and descriptions. It is not a government sign catalogue. Examples of speed or dimensions printed on a sign teach that particular sign; they are not general road speed limits.

App mock settings are practice settings. Your school can confirm the question count, pass mark, time and languages for your booked test. A practice score or readiness band describes study progress and does not predict your result.

Report something that needs correction

Email a correction with the page URL, sign name or question ID and a source link if you have one. Do not send your licence, Qatar ID, passwords or payment information. We check the relevant source before changing the content.
