Qatar Driving Test Privacy Policy

Qatar Driving Test is an independent study app. You do not need an account to use it.

Information stored on your device

Your answers, study progress, preferences, bookmarks, mock-exam results, notification time and optional test date are stored locally on your device. We do not receive this information. You can delete it in the app's settings or by uninstalling the app.

Analytics and crash diagnostics

When Firebase is enabled in a production build, Firebase Analytics receives event names and may receive only the study category, app language, free or paid tier, and session count. We do not send question IDs, answers, correctness, SRS boxes, scores, readiness values, or mock pass or fail results. Firebase Crashlytics receives crash logs and diagnostics. Google may process device or other identifiers for these services. We use this information to understand feature use, diagnose failures and improve the app. It is not used for advertising or sold. We do not create user accounts or deliberately link this information to your identity.

Purchases

Optional purchases are processed by Google Play. We receive purchase status needed to unlock features, but not your payment-card details. Google's privacy policy applies to information handled by Google Play.

Notifications and permissions

If you opt in, the app schedules one local study reminder at the time you choose. You can turn reminders off at any time. The app does not collect precise location, contacts, photos or microphone recordings.

Children

The app is educational and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. It contains no advertising, social feed or user-generated content.

Data retention and deletion

Local study data remains until you reset progress, clear the app's data or uninstall it. Firebase retains analytics and crash information according to the retention settings configured for the project. To ask about privacy or deletion, email us.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app or its services change. The effective date above will be updated.
